  • Introducing the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System amendments effective in the Southern African Customs Union (SACU) Common External Tariff (CET) from 1 January 20171.

  • Learn about the structure of the Harmonized System and logical progression in order to determine the correct tariff subheading (commodity code).
